I’ll email you a link to meet via a secure HIPAA-compliant video call, where we’ll discuss your unique situation and how we might collaborate during your coaching sessions.
03. Begin your support
If meeting together feels right for you, then after our call, I’ll invite you to fill out some paperwork and book your first appointment.

Sessions are done virtually through SimplePractice - a HIPAA-compliant and confidential telehealth platform. No need to download software or create an account. Just use a browser with a camera and microphone.
You can book your sessions directly with me during one of our appointments, or book through the Client Portal on the website. Note that payment is required upfront upon booking. I accept all major credit cards for payment.

Yes…We are in network Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you would like to continue working together after the initial consultation, I will verify coverage with your insurance company.

I recommend some consistency in the beginning. This helps me to get a complete picture of your life and establish our working relationship. After our first session, we can discuss what best fits with your needs and schedule.
